Damages and Returns

DAMAGES / RETURNS

We do not take returns on products unless they are damaged in shipping, missing, or contain an error of our doing.

We do not accept returns on expired product. We do not send out products that have less than 3 months until the expiry date. We strongly encourage only ordering 2 months of product at a time.

All other return requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

If your product was damaged in shipping, is missing, or had an error of our doing, please contact us as soon as your order arrives so we may address immediately.
